The Collective is a seasonal member program. Membership is limited so that attention, development and opportunity can be real rather than theoretical.
Selection into the program — and continued participation in it — is never guaranteed and is not a contract of representation, employment or compensation. Members may be considered for invitations; invitations are extended at the discretion of production and designer teams.

Every Collective member begins with an application
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Acceptance into the platform is not acceptance into the Collective, and neither creates agency representation.
