We collect the information you submit through applications, member accounts, inquiry forms and file uploads. This may include your name, contact details, date of birth, location, measurements, sizes, experience, social links, portfolio links and images.
How information is used
Information is used to review applications, operate member accounts, coordinate castings, fittings, events and opportunities, deliver training resources, and communicate about the program. Private contact information is never displayed publicly.
What is public
Only the fields shown on a published model profile or comp card are public. Email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, documents and application details remain private and are visible only to you and platform administrators.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a secured database with row-level access rules so members can access only their own private records. Uploaded files are stored in private storage and shared only through time-limited links.
Sharing
Information may be shared with designers, production teams or partners only as necessary to coordinate an opportunity you are participating in. We do not sell personal information.
Youth participation
Where youth participation is available, a parent or guardian must provide consent and additional requirements apply.
Your choices
You may update your profile at any time from the member dashboard, or request removal of your account and profile by contacting us through the contact form.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
The Runway Collective is a fashion development, production, networking and opportunity platform. Participation does not guarantee agency representation, employment, compensation, designer selection, travel, publication or future opportunities. Individual opportunities may have separate requirements and agreements.
